Attorney Nardine Guirguis opened the doors of Guirguis Law, P.A. on Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh with a simple goal: build an immigration law firm that also understood the criminal, family and civil issues that so often intersect with a client's immigration status. That vision shaped everything about how the firm operates today.
As word spread through Raleigh's immigrant communities and beyond, the firm's practice grew to include criminal defense, family law, civil litigation, personal injury and estate planning. Clients throughout Wake County, Durham and Johnston County now turn to our office for legal services that address the whole picture of their circumstances, not just one isolated problem.
Today, Guirguis Law operates as a team of attorneys and support staff who bring different backgrounds, languages and areas of legal experience to every case. That collaborative structure lets us represent clients facing overlapping legal challenges without sending them to a different office for every issue.
