A Calling Rooted in Family and Faith
Nan's path to becoming a lawyer began with her grandmother's stories. Her grandfather practiced law in Egypt, where he witnessed injustice and discrimination firsthand, and he spent years working to bring his wife and children to the United States before he passed away. Nan never met him as an adult, but his fight for justice shaped the attorney she became.
That family history is why Nan built Guirguis Law around a simple belief: legal services should be delivered with the same dedication her grandfather showed his own family. She sees GOD as the foundation of the firm and her calling as building a team that fights for clients the way he fought for his own.
Today she leads a firm that handles immigration, criminal defense, family law, and personal injury matters across Wake, Durham, and Johnston counties, with immigration clients served nationwide. Every case that comes through the door reflects the same standard she set on day one. Known to friends and family as "Nan," she has built the firm so every client feels treated like family from the first phone call.

Nan graduated first in her class from North Carolina State University with a degree in Sociology before attending Campbell Law School, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, drawn by its reputation for trial advocacy training. She earned a spot on the school's competitive Trial Team, sharpening the courtroom skills she now brings to criminal defense and civil litigation matters.
